Blog 7: Music
Well...Hi!
Today I'm going to talk about music. Without specific questions or a guide to follow, just music.
I love music, since I was a little little girl.
I remember that my first cassette was the (What's the Story) Morning Glory? by Oasis. My sister is 13 years older than me so I knew a lot of music by her (Oasis, BSB, Metallica, STP, etc). But at the same time I heard a lot of music just because I liked (and I still) to dance, I mean Axé, salsa, and in general Latin American rhytms to which I was dancing all day.
Then I fell into the rock era, I think it is most like alternative rock. I loved groups since Nirvana, The Beatles, Queen, Pink Floyd, going from Muse, Green Day, to Evanescence and Paramore hehe. I heard a looot of music
But at the same time a listened to pop because of the love of dancing was still in me, and with this kind of music I received a lot of comments of people who think rock is sacred, that "this was no good music", and a lot of discredits.
Along the time I take this comments and get so angry because I discover all the misogyny that was in the genre of rock, (maybe because that some people comment like they were gods). And with that I start to question every genre of music. Even one which I discovered since a few time (like at the 12 years old) which was k-pop (these universe of choreographies make me crazy).
Since that time I was questioning every artist, not just the type of music, and by now to me just doesn't matter comments about what music I listen to.
I mean, before coming to the university, in my house I was so stuck with I Love You of EXID, yesterday I was a little bit of melancholic and remember a lot of Dodie's songs. And right now I have the feeling of want to hear Kurt Cobain voice, or maybe Florence u.u
This is all!
See you later, have a good day.

Wow! Your first cassette was incredible. When I was I child I liked Green Day too.
